CANCELATIONS:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the grooming fee which will be applied at the time of next groom.
Appointments canceled same day will be subject to 100% of the grooming fee which will be applied at the time of next groom.

PAYMENTS:

I accept cash, check, zelle and venmo. Unless we have a previous verbal agreement all payments are due at the end of service. If payment is not made by end of day, a $15 fee will be applied.
FLEAS:

Finding a few fleas is not a problem however finding a clear flea infestation is definitely a problem. I cannot have a flea infested pet in my van as I do not want to be the root of the next clients flea problem. Any pet found with a clear infestation (flea dirt aka flea feces that is found all over the body and multiple fleas can be seen scurrying around) will be sent back home with hopes the owner treats the issue with one of the many easily available flea control options and we can rebook the groom at a later date. However I will apply a 50% of the missed grooming fee at the time of the next appointment.
